Abdul Rahiman is a second generation entrepreneur who has been in the shipping business since 1964. He is the driving force behind Minar. Minar started off as a general contractor at Cochin port with supplies of Watchmen, Mail, Garbage boats, Dunnage materials and other products and services. He has played a vital role in diversify the business into ship chandling & marine services activities.

Being in the Marine industry since 2003, and controls the Middle East operations of the company from its regional head office in Sharjah, UAE. He has several years of experience in Operations at one of the leading shipchandling company in GCC. He has been awarded many appreciations and rewards from Canadian Joint task force, Australian Joint task force and US Navy for his contributions and hardworking. Amjeth also drives the IT initiatives of the company and keeps pace with the technological changes required in todays age.

Majru is a third generation entrepreneur who has been in the shipping business since 1990. He plays a vital role in expanding the business in Indian market. He looks after logistics & operation matter in the Indian region. Also a partner of Fortune Transports who provided trailers for Container movements in Cochin port.

With a strong experience of over 20 years in both service & commercial sectors, Mousam has established a name for Minar Enterprises in India & has also played a key role in expanding into the GCC & worldwide markets. Mousam also has a good knowledge of ship broking and chartering which was learned during his stint at Tradex Marine Dubai. Mousam currently heads the business development activities of Minar.
